Minutes for November 14, 2009
Called to Order at 7:10 pm
Location – Kings Buffet, Victor, NY
Attendance: Bill & Angela Sablosky, Sonny & Dorothy French, Lee & Claudia Manchester,
Larry DiLullo, Ben & Vicki Caputo, Chuck & Patty Inzinna, Sam & Marissa Andolino, Linda Tefft
Guests: None
Secretary’s Report: Previously mailed or emailed to all members. Sonny motioned to
accept, seconded by Lee. Motion passed.
Treasurer’s Report: Balance of $0000.00 after paying Incorporation fees.
President’s Message: Bill is still working on the idea of a Cruise The Ridge date of
August 22. No word back from Auberger’s office.
Correspondence: None
Committee Reports: Car Show – Bill created a new flyer for this year. Suggestions made
regarding the address portion of the show sign-up area, along with punctuation corrections.
Discussion held regarding the number of show pins to be ordered,
resulted in a quantity of 200.

New Business: Election of Officers
Nominations from last meeting were presented, and no new nominations made:
President – Bill Sablosky
Vice President – Lee Manchester
Secretary – Linda Tefft
Treasurer – Claudia Manchester
Board of Directors – Norm Kinney, Joe Baran, and Larry Klimek
A single vote was requested for all nominees, and accepted unanimously.
Drawing of all member names held to determine the featured car for this year’s
Show advertising – winner was Scott Manchester
All members are encouraged to send new photos to Bill of their cars, to be posted
on the new website.
Next Meeting: Christmas Party at Sablosky’s December 5th – 6:00pm.. Bring a dish
to share as well as a $5 grab bag gift marked for either male or female.
Tech nights:
Tuesday – Lee’s house
Thursday - has been changed to Saturday's. will resume after the 5th.
