July
2007
From the Presidents PC,
Our second annual car show is in the books.
I don't have facts or figures for the event as of yet. Everything seemed to go
well. I've had very positive feedback from a lot of participants.
For all who helped on the day of the show,
my deepest thanks and for those you couldn't make it you missed a good show.
Thanks to all our sponsors for there generosity. Lets hope our 3rd is just as
good.
Our next item on the agenda is the Spurr Car
Cruise in Brockport on July 13th. Larry Heins and I will be at Spurr around 2:00
PM. For those of you who can help direct traffic, please try to be at the Spurr
dealership around 3:30 or so. We will be wearing our orange FLCCC aprons to
direct traffic so we can be seen.
See you at Bill Grays, Seabreeze on July
14th for our next meeting. Eat at 6:00 meet at 7:00.
Welcome to new members: Christopher Pinkney
and his wife Sharon, and Scott and Katherine Manchester.
The Pinkneys are from Ontario and have a
1957 210 Chevy, a 1969 GTO and a 1968 Chevelle race car.
The Manchesters are from Brockport and have
1969 El Camino. The El Camino has been the Tuesday Tech Night project.
Please congratulate Scott and Katherine on their recent marriage (June 15th).
Their family also includes Brittanee (12), Merranda (7) and Nolan (1).
Our condolences to Chuck Inzinna after his
recent accident. We wish him a speedy recovery.
